On top of my 45 min,9 mile, & 521 calories burned this morning, I kicked arm days ASS!!! 56 curls, 56 triceps, 56 pectoral press, 44 butterfly’s, (all at 15 pounds) 248 jumping jacks, 100 crunches & 100 butt lifts… I increased all my reps by 2 for the weight lifting and jumping jacks!!!
